NO HUNGRY,DON'T WORRY

We should have food to stay Healthy without food We can't Live,Some People don't feel Hungry If they didn't have food whole day,don't worry,In here I'am going to show some easy Treatment for that.


                   1.PAPPAYA:-Have Pappaya daily,It also helps to get a Healthy fair skin.








                  2.THULASI:-Take 10 or more Thulasi leaf's,Add little bit of water and Juice it,Adding half teaspoon of Sugar and Have.      

                                
                             


         3.Dried Ginger POWDER:-Take half teaspoon of Dried Ginger Powder,Mix it with half glass hot water,Have this in early Morning.
